Welcome to the Kenai Peninsula Association of REALTORS®

Our Mission Statement:

The Kenai Peninsula Association of REALTORS®, a non-profit, is organized to ensure professionalism, protect property rights, promote the ownership of real property and help members achieve success.

The Alaska Real Estate Commission (REC) has clarified your 2012-2014 dues and they are as follows: $375 for licensure fees and $125 for the recovery fund  and can be paid online here: Ak REC from January 9th  to January 31st.  See the article in the AAR Magazine, page 5 for further information for renewing your license.  Remember this is completely different from the AAR and NAR dues, this is state compliance.

Also in your AAR Magazine is the 2011 RPAC Score Card.  I am pleased to once again announce we were at 100% participation and 759% over our goal!    We had 4 (FOUR) Sterling “R”s ($1000 or more):  Deb Moore, First American Title Company; Glenda Feeken, RE/MAX of the Peninsula; Dave Keating, Freedom Realty; Kelly Keating, Freedom Realty. Thank you to all who donated, and INVESTED in their business.
